Concordia Health Insurance Health App: Submit invoices and e-prescriptions

Use the Concordia Health App to quickly submit invoices and e-prescriptions, as well as for direct access to telemedicine consultations with online doctors from our partner TeleClinic GmbH.

Here you can change your registered email address. Our fully insured customers can view their health insurance number (KVNR) here.

Here you will find the billing statements for your submissions via the Health App in PDF format.

Invoices
Submit invoices, prescriptions, and treatment and cost plans from doctors, dentists, and alternative practitioners, as well as prescriptions with pharmacy receipts, easily, securely, and quickly.

Online Doctor

eHealth
For our fully insured customers, access to the telematics infrastructure in the German healthcare system and thus to useful services such as the electronic patient record, the e-prescription, and online check-in at your doctor's office.

Registration:

Registering for the Concordia Health App is incredibly easy. Please download the Health App, tap "Register now," and follow the on-screen instructions. After entering your personal data, registered users undergo a one-time identification process.

We recommend the self-identification procedure, where you will receive an activation code by mail. Alternatively, you can use the PostIdent procedure of Deutsche Post AG.

Registration (Login):
Registration for the health app is done using your registered email address and a password you have chosen yourself. Your user account login is secured with two-factor authentication. We will provide the second factor to you via the email address you registered with.

Cloud Function:
If you save your invoices and data in the cloud, your receipts, invoices, and data will remain available on other devices or even if you switch devices.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to keep your cloud key safe. We have no access to the data encrypted in your cloud storage, nor to the key, and we cannot recover a lost key. If you lose your device and the key, you will no longer be able to access your data in the cloud.

Security and Data Protection:

Security is an absolute must for Concordia, alongside speed. Your username and password are encrypted and stored within the app, ensuring that only you have access to your data. Only the invoices or documents you select are transmitted to Concordia Health Insurance for billing purposes via the Concordia Health App.
